We founded the Deprived Pensioners Association because we are horrified by the injustice.
We are in the same situation as you, with PPF pensions, but we are in the lucky situation where we can afford to set up this association and drive forward this campaign. Many members of the PPF and FAS are far less lucky and face daily struggles to make their pension stretch as the cost of living and energy prices increase.
Since establishing the DPA, we have identified that FAS members suffer from the same injustice and have invited them to join our campaign.
We are a small group working on behalf of a very large assembly of people and we hope you will help too.
The founding members are all former Mowlem directors: Sir Philip Beck, Sir John Gains, Brian Watkins, Roger Sainsbury. These four people have put in the seed corn money to get the project to its present state. There are currently 80 members, all former Mowlem staff.
